High Speed Single Head Outserter / Leaflet Pasting Machine

Automatic single head Outserter/leaflet pasting machine has a maximum speed of 140 bottles per minute. It is suitable for square, round as well as rectangular shaped bottles. The complete construction of the machine including the frame structure is done in stainless steel. The machine is capable of applying various sizes as well as thickness of leaflets on top sides of the bottles for use on the tablet bottle packaging line for online operation.

The machine can fasten or fix the leaflets on top of the bottles and can be connected with any bottle packing line for using it online. The machine requires no change of parts for change in size of bottle or the size of leaflet. Design of special machines, on the customers' request, to apply leaflets on the bodies of bottles is also possible.

Technical Specifications

The conveyer height is 825 to 850mm and the maximum output is 140 bottles per minute depending on bottle and leaflet size. The bottle diameter and height can be changed for customer to customer but in general are 125mm and 225mm respectively. The machine runs on both 220 VAC single phase and 415 VAC 3 phase power supplies.
