Single Head Outserter / Leaflet Pasting Machine

Automatic single head Outserter/leaflet Pasting Machine is has a maximum speed of 80 bottles per minute and is suitable for square, round as well as rectangular shaped bottles. The full construction of the machine including the frame structure is done in stainless steel. The machine is capable of applying various sizes as well as thickness of leaflets on top sides of the bottles for use on the tablet bottle packaging line for online operation.

The machine can paste or fix the leaflets on top of the bottles and can be connected with any bottle packing line for using it online. The machine does not require change of parts for change in size of bottle or the size of leaflet. Designing special machines to apply leaflets on the bodies of bottles is also possible on the customers request.

Technical Specifications

The bottle diameter and height can be changed for customer to customer but in general are 125mm and 225mm respectively. The machine runs on both single and 3 phase power supplies. The conveyer height is 825 to 850mm and the maximum output is 80 bottles per minute depending on bottle and leaflet size.
